Radio Package
With this package Volunteer Audio provides the major components you need for a basic aftermarket radio installation. The package contains the radio, dash mounting kit, wiring harness and/or interface (if applicable), and antenna adapter (if applicable). Optional radio accessories are not included with this package.
When replacing your factory radio with an aftermarket radio this package will help provide a quick and professional looking installation. The components in a Volunteer Audio radio installation package will improve the overall sound quality, functionality, and input source flexibility of your car audio system.
The dash mounting kit allows you to mount the aftermarket radio in your vehicle without modifying any of the factory panels. The process is easy to reverse should you need to reinstall the factory radio. If you decide to sell or trade your vehicle you can reinstall your factory unit which may help retain the vehicles value. You can then move your better quality aftermarket radio to your new vehicle. Our dash kits are color and texture matched to the OEM vehicle dash panels when applicable.
The industry standard wiring harness eliminates the need for cutting or modifying any of your OEM radio connections,and can be easily reversed for the reinstallation of your factory unit at a later time. All standard wiring harnesses are EIA color-matched to the aftermarket stereo wiring harness for easily identifiable connections. We recommend that all connections be made with crimped butt connectors, or by soldering and covering with heat shrink tubing.
The antenna adapter(if applicable)is used to adapt the factory connection to the standard aftermarket antenna connection.
We advise that if you are installing this kit yourself you may need a set of dash removal tools that are designed to remove the dash without scratching or damaging it.
Please verify your vehicle's original sound system specifications before purchasing your package. We have information after the vehicle Fitment area below and in the vehicle Compatibility area (above - see the notes column on the left) that will show exclusions and/or exceptions to the stated vehicles.

In-dash control for Pandora is compatible with Apple iOS. Simply download the free Pandora Radio app to your iPhone or iPod Touch and connect it to the FH-X731BT with the CD-IU51 interface cable (sold separately) and take your music to the next level.
USB DIRECT CONTROL FOR IPOD/IPHONE
Connect an iPod or iPhone to the FH-X731BT using the optional USB interface cable (CD-IU51 interface cable sold separately) enjoy the music stored on your device. Song, artist, time and album information are displayed on the LCD display. The Link Play feature helps you find content faster and the system's wired USB connection provides direct digital signal transfer from the device for clean, clear sound while providing 1 amp of current to keep your iPod/iPhone charged.
As an added bonus, the FH-X731BT is able to utilize the voice control feature found on your iPhone. With an iPhone connected to the receiver via Bluetooth and the receiver source set to "Bluetooth audio" or "iPod," simply press the volume knob, wait for the prompt, and speak your command as you would on your iPhone.
RETHINKING CONNECTIVITY
With App Mode you can enjoy listening and viewing the content on select compatible apps directly on the receiver's display from a connected iPhone or iPod Touch. Limited controls such as track forward or reverse may be executed from the receiver.
Note: Not all apps will be compatible with App Mode and App Mode will provide limited, if any, control over the app.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR COLORS
Dual Zone Color Customization Illumination allows you to customize the color of the text on-screen as well as select another color for the button illumination so you can express your personality right in your dash. Domestic Orders
- Volunteer Audio ships via USPS and UPS. The choice of shipping service depends upon the weight of the item.
- We strive to ship out all orders within 24 – 48 hours (Monday – Friday) of the transaction being completed.
- You have the option to upgrade the shipping method if you choose.
- A signature is required upon delivery of all orders valued over $300.
International Orders
- Buyer is presented with shipping options at checkout and is responsible for all customs fees in addition to shipping charges.
- If you choose First-Class Mail (the least expensive) it may take up to 60 business days (and possibly longer) for the item to be delivered.
- There is no tracking service provided for First-Class international shipments; there is only a customs number that informs when the item leaves the United States.

If there is a problem with your order you can send us a message through eBay.
At Volunteer Audio we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. If for some reason you aren't happy with an item you purchased and want to return it, we make returns, refunds, and exchanges easy.
Any complete, like-new item returned within 60 days may be returned for a full refund less our shipping costs. However, we do make an exception regarding shipping costs for items found to be defective or damaged at the time of your purchase’s delivery. NOTE: Returns eligible for shipping reimbursement will only be compensated up to the amount of standard rates. Volunteer Audio will not reimburse the cost of any express mail or parcel service.
You must contact Volunteer Tech Support for authorization before returning any defective items.
Defective or damaged items may be replaced or refunded. If you receive a small broken part we will require a picture of the damage prior to shipping a replacement. If you receive a defective electronic item it will have to be returned to us prior to sending the replacement.
Return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility (just like if you bought a defective item at a local store you would have to drive to take the item back). Within 60 days of purchase, we will pay shipping costs to send a replacement item to you.
After 60 days, we warranty the item for up to 1 year. Buyer will pay all shipping costs from days 61–365. All returned items must include the original packaging and all contents (packaging material, adapters, harnesses, manuals, etc.)
If returned items are not in like-new condition, Volunteer Audio reserves the right to refuse a return, or charge a restocking fee. Items not in like-new condition, including but not limited to: items missing original product packaging, used items, installed items, abused or physically damaged items, items missing parts, damaged packaging and items damaged due to improper return packaging, and items with a different or defaced serial number.
