Returns
- We offer exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within thirty (30) days, subject to an Authorization from us. Thirty (30) days warranty will apply on the Consumer Product.
- Authorization does not guarantee final disposition, and al returns are subject to inspection.
- Defective products must be reported thirty (30) days after receipt of the item, and customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We reserve the right to impose a 10% restocking fee on all refused shipments. All S&H charges are non-refundable!
