Dance costumes don't come with hang tags but these are brand new. The child sizes can be for a boy or girl the adults are for men. The shirt is  spandex so it stretches as nicely as a leotard, and there is a sequin music note on the upper left of the top (it can be removed if you don't need it to be there). This shirt retailed at $25 in adult sizes. The manufacturer is Wolf Fording so you know the quality is excellent.
