These flashes are made from 1" wide imported ribbon [from the UK and licensed by the Scottish Tartan Authority], in your choice of tartans sewn onto a 1" wide elastic band with a hook & loop style closure for ease of putting them on.

SIZES ARE: 8" [20 cm]; 9" [22 cm]; 10" [25 cm]. Please measure around upper part of calf where the top of your socks/hose would be.
