How Does It Work?
If you wish to add a report, we will submit the gemstone to the lab of your request within 3 to 5 business days of completing your purchase. You will receive the laboratory job number once the gemstone has been delivered to the lab. You can use the job number for verification & tracking whenever you contact the laboratory. Once they have processed your request and issued a report, The Laboratory will ship the gemstone along with it's report directly to your address in a sealed box, taking independent verification to a whole new level & providing ultimate assurance.
Please Note: Reports from international laboratories are subject to additional lab fees, you may check the laboratory charges on their websites.
If you are in a rush & wish to add an additional certification, such as GIA, contact us; we might be able to request express service from the laboratory, with some additional charge.
APO / FPO / DPO Addresses:
All APO/FPO/DPO addresses are accepted during checkout. Given that TNT, UPS, DHL cannot offer services to such addresses, the parcel will be shipped by USPS.
PoBox Addresses:
We strongly encourage you not to provide a Pobox address as it is not accepted by FedEx, DHL, UPS & TNT because you cannot sign for it. Unless there is a legitimate reason for shipping to a PoBox (for example, being in a remote location where FedEx doesn't operate), such orders may be refunded and canceled. If we accept an order to a PoBox address, the only possible shipping method is USPS within United States & EMS for international customers.
The rough gemstones are brought to our lapidary in the Rathnapura town of Sri Lanka and processed with state of the art facetrons, & cut by highly skilled cutters. The quality is very strictly controlled to ensure international standards are met & maximum luster (not weight) is achieved. The faceted Sapphires are then exported to consumer markets & Jewelry Manufacturers around the globe.
After many years of being in gem business, we realized that if we want to have something to say in loose gemstone industry we should focus all our attention into the production of a single gemstone, & we chose Sapphires... Given that Sapphire has been an extremely secure investment throughout history, we have stopped buying all other gems and only purchase natural rough Sapphires for the past two decades. Our personnel are scattered all across Sri Lanka, Madagascar & Africa; wherever a hint of Sapphire mining is found.
We are a registered business in Sri Lanka, Madagascar & United States. Documentation & necessary licenses required in every step of the production have been obtained from the regulating authorities. Our business is being regulated by the Ministries of Environment, Mines, Commerce, Health & Labor in Madagascar. We have gone beyond the necessary compliance, for securing our business practices, and elimination of any misconduct.
Furthermore, we do not purchase any gemstone from conflict zones being against the very principles we have based our business on. Our company is in full compliance with the US patriot act's anti-money laundering clauses.
Our company does not employ any person below the age of eighteen years at the workplace & strongly prohibits the use of child labor and forced or compulsory labor of Adults at all our units. No employee is made to work against his/her will or work as bonded/forced labor, or subject to corporal punishment or coercion of any type related to work.
