TRIUMPH PRE-UNIT DRIVE SIDE OIL SEAL CONVERSION.  This conversion is aimed at those people who are building 650 pre-unit Triumphs which have a belt drive or dry clutch arrangement. The seal used is a standard Triumph fitment for early unit 650's. Using our own CNC Milling machine we re-machine the worn chain case face and bearing seat face on the drive side so both are flat. We then machine the hole bigger to allow the oil to drain back through the bearing. We also drill and tap 4 small holes to screw our seal holder to the crank case. The kit is supplied with a standard unit (early 650CC ) oil seal which is fitted to the seal holder and 4 stainless steel countersunk screws to secure it to the crank case. The seal holder can be sealed to the crank case by Threebond 1215 which we also sell at £14 for a 250 gram tube.  The seal holder is also CNC machined to ensure complete concentricity. The casings can also be cleaned and AQUA BLASTED prior to machining at an extra cost of £30.  Please note we are offering this as a guaranteed conversion and the picture is for demonstration purposes only.
