What's the difference? 

Saxony carpet is made from twisted yarns. The long pile feels sumptuous and decadent underfoot giving an elegant look. It can flatten easily and show footprints. Twist-pile carpet is made from twisted fibres which create a textured surface that is springy underfoot.
