 Return delivery is to be paid by the customer. returns are best posted using Royal Mail Recorded Signed for or by a reputable courier as both provide proof of posting. We will only refund once items once the return item has been received by us.

The initial delivery charge made at point of order will not be refunded unless the item was sent in error or goods received are damaged.
