Here is a crystal ice bucket.

It measures 7 3/8" tall and is 6 5/8" in diameter at the top (8 1/2" handle to handle).

No maker's mark.  Possibly Royal Doulton, as it resembles their form. 

There is scratching.  No chips or cracks.
