For a Very Long Time I have been trying to get eBay to realize there should be 3 options concerning the "condition of the item" but they will not listen. Currently there are only 2 options and they are "New; A Brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item" and "Used". For most of my 20+ years on eBay I have tried to get eBay to add a 3rd category and that is "See Seller Description". EXAMPLE: If an item comes with batteries I believe the seller should make sure it works, before they ship it and that might require them opening the item. There are many other reasons and I would love to share them with you if you are interested.
Just taking something out of the box, or opening a box to see what is really inside, DOES NOT make it Used.
"Please note that I will be closing my eBay store sometime on the 20th for Christmas vacation and will reopen on the 26th so shipping will stop as soon as I activate my vacation setting. Any purchases made before noon EST on the 20th must be paid for at the time of purchase. It is necessary that I use the eBay bulk editing system to put this note in all of my ads and the eBay system is going to stick it at the very bottom of my ad. I have told eBay, many times, that it is Very Important that prospective buyers see seller updates but eBay does not think it is important so they stick it at the bottom of the listing. Also, if you are reading this note after December 26th it means that the eBay Bulk Editing System is still not working properly which means I must manually delete this note from all of my ads."
VERY IMPORTANT: The only way I have to communicate with a prospective buyer is by putting information in my ad and then I must depend on the buyer to read the information. I do my Very Best to give a Complete and Accurate description of the item I have for sale and must trust the buyer to read the complete ad. Yes, there is a lot of information but reading the ad can prevent you from being surprised when you open the box. If you see anything in the ad that does not look right Please contact me before making the purchase.
I also recommend that you read any message sent to you by the seller. It may contain important information you need to know about your purchase and all messages sent between buyers and sellers are kept on file in the eBay system.

I have dropped the eBay Global Shipping System because of the way eBay computes the shipping cost. I have told them for a very long time that it is being done wrong and I am tired of losing sales and Customers.
If you want discounted shipping on your purchases, ALL items must be shown on the same invoice so that will require that you use the Shopping Cart Method when making multiple purchases. If items are not shown on the same invoice I WILL NOT be able to offer combined shipping.
This note is going into all of my ads effective immediately and I will be removing any mention of the Global Shipping Program from my ads but it is going to take awhile since I have almost 1,000 active items that I must modify each one individually.
Converting from the Global Shipping program back to the Regular Shipping Program may take some time so please be patient. I am doing my best.
