Here is a Czech art pottery four handle center bowl.

It measures 12 1/4" in diameter at its widest.  It stands 3 7/8" tall.

NOTE: There is staining on the insde and all over crazing.  One very minor nick on the top edge.  No other chips or cracks.

Marked on the bottom, 8124.
