Nice Quality reproduction Vinyl Registration sticker Tabs for CAR/PASSENGER license plates.  Correct size & color, and recognized for use on vintage plates. 

The '59 car tabs were White reflective with Green number.  The flash of the scanner on the reflective material, makes the picture appear like a gray colored background... but it actually looks white.
