This is a standard grommet that fits into a square hole in the metal bodywork. Adjoining parts are then fastened to the bodywork by screwing into the grommet. Toyota use this particular part on a number of vehicles including some models of the Avensis, Corolla, IQ and Hilux. The grommet is normally used to attach bumpers, headlights, mudguards and spoilers.
