Handling Fees
If you are coming into our warehouse to pick up an item(s), there will be a $5-$10 handling fee depending on the size of the item.
If you are purchasing Cd's, the shipping fee is $3.00 and we do NOT combine shipping for CD's
Returns
*We must be contacted prior to items being returned to discuss the reasoning for said return.
*All returns MUST be made within 30 days of receipt of the item! No exceptions!
*Generally, returns for money back will only be accepted if an item is not as described in the listing. In that case only, we would also pay for the return shipping for said item(s).
*Any other return, the buyer would be responsible for the return shipping charges.
**Please make sure items being returned are in original condition(unless previously discussed) with original packaging!**
*We generally will ask that items be shipped back using USPS or FedEx.
*Please provide a note, or a print out of the return case so that we know who we are returning the money to!
Payment
*Payment is due immediately following the end of the auction. If payment is not made within 5 calendar days, a unpaid reminder will be sent. If after 7 calendar days payment still has not been made, you will be reported to eBay, the order canceled, and the item will be re-listed.
