This will allow us to deal with your requests efficiently and without the delays Returning unwanted/faulty items is done using the same procedure This will make life so much easier for both parties. please make sure the product is unused, complete and safely wrapped up in its original packaging Otherwise the return will be refused, Unfortunately we cannot cover the delivery costs incurred for either way, so please keep this in mind when returning unwanted/faulty items. When the item is ready to be sent back to us, please make sure you put a returns note with the product, stating the reason for return, Name, Address, Contact Info and when/how purchased. Otherwise this may hold up repairs/replacments. Just a note, Items that are not packaged or labelled in the right way will not be accepted through any of our returns routes, so double check!
