Epiphone's long friendship with innovator Les Paul dates back to the late '30s and early '40s when Les, working at night at the Epiphone factory on 14th St. in New York City, created one of the world's first solidbody electric guitars, "The Log." Over the years, Les continued to work closely with Epiphone luthiers reviewing new product ideas and offering suggestions. Now, the Epiphone Les Paul "Tribute" Plus honors our friendship with Les by combining his classic design features with legendary Epiphone quality and value with the added feature of Gibson® USA ’57 classic humbuckers.

I strongly advise emailing me first in the event that a return is requested.
I can take returns only when the item arrives, and is confirmed, other than described in the listing.
I must be made aware of misrepresented item within 14 days of delivery.
At the time I receive ALL original items and packaging buyer is entitled to refund or replacement.
If returned item is found to be in proper working order as listed, and not as the buyer described, return freight and re-stocking fees will be charged to the buyer.

Shipping:

I will ship with USPS, UPS or UPS Surepost based on dimensional weight
Tracking numbers are uploaded into eBay upon shipment
HI and AK please e-mail for rates before ordering. Flat rate shipping does not cover shipment to these locations.

Damaged Items:

Items will occasionally be damaged in transit. When this is discovered please provide description and photos of all damaged goods along with a phone number. I will immediately file a UPS claim for the item.
I must be made aware within 7 days of delivery.
At the time UPS returns the damaged item buyer is entitled to refund or replacement.
