These tiffin verona ankle boots by Hush Puppies are made from sheep glove leather with kid suede detailing on the straps. The lining is PU and the outsole is made from rubber. They have a side zip for ease of foot entry, with trim detailing up the back of the boot. The heel height is 60 mm. These boots are made in India.

All items are available for immediate dispatch and are sent from our Warehouse In Northamptonshire, Daventry, UK

Payment

Payment can be made via PayPal or if you prefer you can phone us to make a card payment.

Payment for item(s) won should be made through PayPal or to our shop within 7 days of purchase. All items must be paid for within 7 days of purchasing. If no payment is made within 7 days of the purchase, then an unpaid item dispute will be opened in order to cancel the transaction. If you have any payment problems please inform us.

Postage/Delivery

Postage:
-Items are posted within 1 working day (or the same day if purchased before 3.15pm- Monday to Friday) on receipt of order and cleared payment

-Orders placed after 3.15pm on Friday will be posted on Monday. Goods are normally posted on a Royal Mail 48 Tracked Service or Royal Mail 1st Class (Depending on the item).

-If you require a quicker service, please select the Next Day Delivery Services which are available on all listings.

-All additional items are free of charge.

Tracking Your Item:
-You should automatically receive tracking/delivery information via email/SMS. However, if you do not, please message us to request your tracking number.

UK Delivery:
-Standard Delivery - Will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 Days) Service or Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 Days)

-Royal Mail 24 Tracked Next Day - All tracking information will be sent via email and SMS if selected (Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery Next Day for Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or Northern Scotland).

-DPD Next Day - If selected DPD will offer you a 1-hour time slot for delivery, tracking information will also be sent once dispatched (Please note if this option is selected for the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or Northern Scotland, we will send on a Royal Mail 24 Tracked Service).

International Delivery:
-International Standard postage - all items are sent via a fully tracked service (2-5 days for the EU, and 4-9 days for the rest of the world).

-Express International postage - items are sent via a fully tracked service (1-3 Days for the EU)

*Postage to Greece, Gibraltar, Belarus, Cyprus, Monaco, Ukraine, Malta, San Marino, Switzerland, Norway, Finland & Iceland will be sent via Royal Mail International Postage (5-10 days) on a Signed and/or Tracked service, depending on the item and destination.

Returns/Exchanges

We are very happy to accept returns if you are unhappy with the goods. Goods must be unworn, in a clean condition and in a resalable state.

Buyer must return goods at their own expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

-If you would like a refund, please tick the  "Refund"  box in the return section of your invoice and you will be refunded once the goods have been received and processed.

Exchanges (UK)

- FREE Exchanges sent back to you. You will not be charged postal fees when we post the exchanged item(s) to you.

-If you would like an exchange, please tick the "Exchange" box in the return section of your invoice and state what size/colour you would like.

-If you request a Size/Colour/Style we do not currently have in stock, we will contact you offering you a similar item or notify you of a refund.


Exchanges (EU/ International)

EU - Please contact us before returning goods for an exchange

International (US/Australia) - We are unable to exchange items. Any goods returned will be refunded.


Packaging

-Please do not apply any tape or labels directly to the original box(s).

-Please place back in the original postage bag or place in a bag/box of your own.


Postage costs-

-When returning heavier items, we recommend using myHermes or Collect+.

-Please ensure you keep a receipt when returning your goods as proof of postage. The responsibility of any goods returned is down to the consumer.

-Proof of postage is not proof that we received the item.

-Any lost items should well-stocked with the courier service used.


Faulty / wrong item received

If you are unhappy with your order, the item is faulty or you received the wrong item, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue straight away.

*Please note we will require a photo of any faulty/ wrong item as evidence for records before we are able to resolve it.*
