Since our items do come directly from stores and retail environments they may have minor flaws from handling, such as make-up/deodorant and/or floor dirt marks and other minor flaws.

Anything larger than a typical handling defect would be sold as a New with Defect item and noted in the listing.

SHIPPING/COMBINED SHIPPING:

We offer multiple items on Auction and Buy-it-Now everyday. We understand clients prefer to shop and then pay all at once.

We are flexible as long as you communicate with us. We offer 14 days to purchase and make payment starting with the first item won, no exceptions or extensions!

Combined Shipping Costs are automatically applied at check out.

We will ship your item within 1-2 business day depending on the time of purchase. Your tracking information will be available after your item has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship via Economy First Class Parcel; tracking is only available for the package if you choose to pay for REGISTERED MAIL “Standard Shipping”, costing $12.50 additional.

Express Mail is also available which will provide you with tracking.

Combined shipping is available for international customers as well.

If you do not choose this tracking option, you agree to not hold us liable if your package is lost or does not make it through your country’s customs.

RETURNS:

We honor the 14 day return policy for unworn, unused NEW merchandise returned in the original condition unless otherwise noted on no-returnable items.

Returns are not accepted on swimwear, intimates and lingerie.

20% RESTOCKING FEE ON SHOES/HANDBAGS AND OTHER ITEMS AS NOTED INDIVIDUALLY IN EACH LISTING.

We cannot accept returns on USED merchandise, sales on USED merchandise are final.

If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke you will be charged a restocking fee.

You will receive a refund for the cost of the merchandise less all shipping costs. Buyer pays return shipping.
