SHIPPING POLICY

 

-         We ship within 1 business day from receipt of cleared payment except on Friday afternoon, weekends and Holidays as we ship those on the next business day

-         We do ship to APO/FPO and Post Office box addresses

-         We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

-         Unless otherwise stated in the auction above, we do ship to certain international addresses (shipping fees apply).

-         For all international shipments Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

-         International shipment duration vary by country and could take anywhere between 3-6 weeks more or less for standard shipments while Express International shipments take 1-3 weeks more or less. We have no control over how long International shipments take.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

-         On auctions that state we accept returns, we offer 14 days return or exchange after buyer receives item(s); see conditions below

-         We require that buyers contact us via eBay “Contact Seller” system with details and reason for the return before shipping items back; we will provide a return address.

-         Returns are accepted only if we ship an item not as described; Our return policy does not cover buyer’s remorse

-         Returns for reasons other than stated above will incur 20% restocking fee

-         All returned items must be in same exact condition as we shipped them. We mark all of our items to make sure we receive back what was shipped. This policy helps protect both us and our customers from any fraud

-         Buyer is fully responsible for cost of shipping item(s) safely back and provide shipment tracking

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Remove expansion port from Smart Cable Box (very important or else you will damage)
  2. Remove 4 Philips screws on the back
  3. Remove bottom cover and take green PCB board out; handle PCB by its edges try not to touch small components
  4. Remove both old cables from green board (Just pull, if its hard move slightly side to side). Please note pin-1 marking on the PCB socket for both large and small connectors
  5. Insert new cables in (Might be hard to get in because of new pins) – Make sure you match each cable connector with the correct socket on the PCB board. New cables have a small center Key Tab to allow correct direction when inserted into the socket.
  6. Handle cable connectors carefully NEVER push or pull on small wires; always use the connector itself when inserting or removing the cable from PCB 
  7. Insert cable relief rubber connectors inside case cutout box inserts, then slowly push PCB board in.
  8. Insert bottom cover, make sure all 4 hole screw align in order for cover to close properly
  9. Insert screws and tighten as necessary; Insert Expansion Port
  10. DONE!!
