We have been specialising in iPod repairs, refurbishments and upgrades for over 10 years and are happy to provide support or help with any problem. 

We have professionally refurbished these iPods to new condition and thoroughly tested them to ensure they look and work as new!

This includes:

• Replacing all external parts of the iPod with new perfect condition parts so the iPod looks just like new.  Front housing, Screen Lens, Back housing, Click Wheel & Hold Switch have all been replaced.
  
• Carefully servicing & cleaning all ports and internal components to ensure the iPod is in perfect working order.
  
• Any operational parts that need to be replaced are replaced with genuine  Apple parts to ensure the iPod functions and provides the same sound quality you would expect from a new iPod direct from Apple. 
  
• Fitting a new upgraded battery to ensure maximum play time between charges & a trouble free long life 
• The iPod is then fully synced with music  & tested for 24 hours to ensure everything is working as it should. 
• We then restore the iPod to factory default and package it up in a neat fitting clear plastic just like Apple uses to ensure the iPod remains in perfect unscratched condition. 
• When it's time to ship the iPod off we include a new quality USB charge/sync cable & Apple earphones in crystal case. These are then carefully wrapped up with the iPod in plenty of  bubble wrap to ensure it reaches the customer safely

We are confident in the quality of our work and back this up with a 12 month  warranty.

Should you experience any problems within the first 12 months of owning the iPod simply contact us via eBay or email.
If we are unable to solve the problem remotely we will organise for you to return the iPod to us where we will have the iPod repaired or replaced within 2-3 days and sent back to you for free. (warranty does not cover faults caused by drop or liquid damage).

If you experience any problems after the warranty has expired we can still  arrange a repair for you at a very reasonable price.
