New with hangtags, size medium child, the fabric is a cotton lycra (90/10).This leotard has had the back of the leg elastic released. The elastic is still there and stitched down, it is that the legline needs to be tacked  up again. Medium child fits a girls size 8C-10C. The straps look a little shop worn to me as well.
