Beautiful cover for you checkbook is in good condition and has a lot of ware left in it. edging are in great shape their is no splits or tares. Exterior & interior are in good condition shows some light ware marks as seen in pictures. Did not notice any tares some light spot cleaning may be needed . Great item to add to your collection. Like all preowned items their is some ware marks. I have conditioned leather and dusted interior.
