ADVANCE ORDERS / PRE-ORDERS / PRE-SALES:
•Advanced orders or (presale / preorders) are listed within 30 days of the manufactures estimated delivery date to us.
Please note these dates could vary due to customs or other conditions out of our control (please do not buy if you can not wait).
Payment can be made at time of purchase or we will send you an email letting you know item is in and time to pay.
Any cancellation of a pre-ordered item will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.
PAYMENT / RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
•We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
•Washington State sales tax applies to items shipped with in Wa State.
•Returns are accepted within 30 days. Items must be in there original unopened factory sealed box.
Restock charge of 15% and the freight to you will apply to all returns.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
•Shipping Costs can be found under the Shipping & Payments tab (just below the pictures in the listing).
•Buy it now listings only qualify for combined shipping / We do not combine shipping on Auction listing.
Please purchase items and let us know when you are done shopping and before paying so we can send you one combined invoice.
We can not refund the full combined value of payment if made before this due to fee's/etc. Refund amount will only be around 50%
of the difference. You may also want to use a desk / laptop when doing so as Ebay's systems has had issues with phones or tablets.
•We do not combine shipping on Auction listing / Buy it now listings only qualify for combined shipping.
•99% of our orders are shipped within 24hrs of receiving your payment (Monday - Friday).
•Any special shipping instructions need to be included in Paypal's Note area when making your payment. We get 100's
of Emails a day and it's hard to match all Emails to Payments.
•Any re-shipping charges due to no one home to accept shipment or incorrect address will be re-shipped at the buyer’s expense.
USA SHIPPING (LOWER 48 STATES)
•Ground shipping takes 1-7 working days depending on your location (please note delays can happen by the shipping
company which is out of our control - weather, missing a connection etc.
•Sometimes we will use UPS / USPS sure post.
This is a system where UPS takes it 99% of the way but USPS might deliver it to your door.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
•Priority Mail takes 1-2 Weeks
•1st Class Mail takes 3-6 Weeks and cannot be tracked/traced after leaving the USA.
In some cases it has taken up to 8 weeks to deliver. Please do not use 1st Class Mail if you cannot wait that long.
•Sorry we have no control on items after they leave the USA
(tracking, delays due to customs or any additional tax/charges applied by your country).

•Our items ship out normally within 24hrs of receiving your order. If the order is placed Friday after our cutoff time
item/items will not ship out until the following work day (Monday unless it is a holiday).
