Shipping
All items are shipped the same or next day, including Saturdays, Holidays excluded. We ship Internationally. We as the seller has the rights to choose the shipping method. If you would like a faster method of shipping, or a specific shipping method such as USPS, Fedx, etc... please let us know at the time of purchase. We will provide a quote if necessary. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for customs fees your country or town may charge and we will not change the amount on the customs forms to avoid any trouble on our end.
We use the United States Postal Shipping Service or Fedex and always do our best to insure your package arrives in a timely manner. eBay now offers free tracking to all orders in the U.S. so if according to tracking your package has arrived but it has not, it would be best to either A. contact eBay B. contact your local post office/Fedex office or C. file a complaint with the Postmaster General or Fedex.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items are final sale. We don't offer refunds if you are returning items for issues we have offered detailed information on or if you do not like how the manufacture made the product.
