All item/items usually ship next business day, sometimes larger parcels take 1-2 days do to the oversize handling. Please ask all questions prior to bidding. I prefer that payment is made within 3-5 days. For returns, items have a three day inspection. Most email me within three days of receiving item and tell me why you’re returning the item. If bidder is just not satisfied with the item, bidder pays for return shipping. If returning because a mistake was made in the description in the listing of items, return shipping is refunded.
