Payment & Ordering Proofing your invitation

I accept payment via PayPal. With PayPal, you can use your credit card securely. Use Buy It Now. Please pay close attention to the amount of invitations that you are ordering and the cost.  

 Once I receive all your invitation details, I will send you a proof to view. Please reply with any changes as promptly as possible or approval to avoid delay in shipping of your order. Please allow at least 24 hours for arrival of your proof. Once the proof is approved, we will begin processing. Please ensure your proof is correct. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds based on invitations that were approved by the customer.
Sending Personalized Details Shipping & Process Time Frames

Please include your personalization information in the note to seller section of paypal/ebay. If you do not do this, we will contact you with the personalization details we need, or you can contact us with what you want printed. Please include the following:

  • Color
  • Wording for invitation
  • Date / Time / Location
  • RSVP information
  • Registry Location(s)
  • Any additional wording you would like

 

These are personalized invitations. Therefore, please allow us a maximum of 2-3 business days processing before your invitation order ships after your proof is approved. We usually ship much sooner than this depending on how quickly you approve your proof.

This 2-3 day time frame is not the time in which it takes for the item to arrive, but the time for printing. The longer time frame allows for proofing of your order, processing and packaging.

If you are hesitant on whether you will receive your invitations in time, please contact us before ordering and we will see what we can do. Most orders arrive within 2-4 business days after they ship. This depends on how quickly the postal service delivers. We do not want you to be disappointed buying from us and strive in customer satisfaction, but please order in advance! We cannot offer refunds or returns on late items.
