No need to install the driver, plug and play
1. Connecting capture to USB 3.0 port on your computer, and the system will auto install the driver. You will see "FHD Capture" in" Device Manager" after installed.
2.Connecting the "HDMI IN" port of the capture to the HDMI output port of the video source device with one HDMI cable, and connecting the "HDMI OUT" port of the video capture to the display device with another HDMI cable , and completing the preliminary install connection work.
Work on windows
First of All,
Set the audio capture sample rate to 48KHz
Note！it is an important setting otherwise you will capture the badly audio.
After the video capture card connected on your computer, you need right-click the speaker icon in the lower-right corner of your desktop and select "Recording Device (R)".
Set "Digital Audio Interface FHD Capture" as
the default. click "Advanced" In the pop-up window, and select "2 channel, 16 bit, 48000Hz (DVD quality)"after double-clicked the “Digital Audio Interface FHD Capture”.
3. If there is no audio input or the volume is low, you need click the "Levels" column and cancel mute or set volume in the following window.
OBS Studio uses the same as Windows.
QuickTime player software for MAC system
1. Running the Quick Time player, you need click the "File" icon and select "New Movie Recording".
2. Click the button to select "FHD Capture".Finishing, click the "button to record.
NOTE
Don’t use HUB Or USB extender cables.
You must connect to the USB3.0 port of your computer
The compression mode of recording is MJPEG, and the picture will have some unclearly.
Low computer configuration will be cause to irregular flicker or black screen
It is normal for the recorded picture and the original picture not to be synchronized
