This GPS unit is used but it is professionally tested and guaranteed to be fully functional. Optional extended warranty plan is also available through Square Trade. This is a used GPS so expect to see some scratches from normal use including some on the screen which are no very noticeable when the GPS is ON, but you can see them when the Screen is OFF. An example of these scratches is illustrated at the bottom of this page in the last photo below.
