This is a pair of Alfred Dunner 100% Polyester Pants in Blue Green in great new with tags condition.  I did not see any flaws.  They measure 24-30 inches at the elastic waist, have an inseam of 26 inches, a rise of 11 inches and are 40 inches across the hips.  They have 2 side pockets.
