Welsh corgi type dogs

They are approx 3 3/4inches tall

Marked West Germany..>I am pretty sure these are Goebel...but they are only marked W. Germany

They have number on bottom, hard for me to make out, but I think it says P210

The brown one has a chip on ear...see last photo.They both have some scuff marks. They both have Glaze crazing/ crackling

Both have numbers written on bottom in black marker
