This is a very cool vintage Bell Tour Star helmet .This is a 1980 helmet.Blue with black visor.The is liner is in fair condition,the top pad is missing.Some scratches.Some a little deeper,these I pointed out in pictures.Color is  bright.The visor does not shut . It came with helmet and has the snaps that line up but does not shut tight.
