Shipping: All items ship USPS, please provide valid USPS mailing address. PO Boxes are ok. We do combine shipping on multiple products ordered if available (not all products can be shipped together). You must "request a total" from seller prior to checkout to receive the combined shipping discount.  We will give you the best shipping rate possible.  For shipping quotes please send email with zip code.

Returns: 

Defective items will be replaced with an identical item upon return of the defective item. We will make a replacement or credit depending on current inventory or customer request. We must be notified of defective items within 7 days of the date you received it. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and insurance when returning items. Item(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping service. Please note if you have to return, you must return the package in its original condition. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

All returned merchandise must be in original factory conditions, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your return after we receive the item.

Shipping/Handling & Insurance charges for return items are non-refundable.

So, please leave a positive feedback if you are happy with your purchase and our service.  If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the issue promptly. We encourage our buyers to not leave a negative feedback, especially when the case involves:

    • A shipping delay by the carrier, as these things do happen
    • Buyer being refunded promptly, or within a specified timeline when a problem requires investigation.
    • We want to encourage buyers to be patient and understanding as we will handle all issues as quickly as possible.

    Scammers and Dishonest Buyers

    We do not tolerate buyers who intentionally purchase an item with intent to make faults claims to receive refund and keep item, or return a different item. We will NOT hesitate to report buyer once we confirm such an act. The outlined policies have been put in place to do so:

    • If the buyer claims that an item(s) was damaged during shipment, that buyer must return item(s) to receive refund. Or, images of the damage item(s) may suffice if, and only if distinct features that match item(s) shipped can be identified in submitted image. This may include serial number, special markings, etc.
    • High value item(s) will be shipped requiring a signature confirmation from buyer.
    • All identifying features of item(s) shipped to buyer will be stored and matched to that buyer. Such data will be in the form of images identifying special markings, serial number, model number, color, and other information and features for identifying item(s).
