Very nice vintage Belgian Plum Vainqueur steel frameset.
Built in Italy according to the decal, no idea by whom or with what type of tubing to be honest.
Seems to be dating from the mid / late 1960's.
Used but in very good condition.
Some regular usage markings to the paint, chrome is still very good.
Comes with a derailleur hanger, I believe, a Campagnolo model.
