still in new & unused condition. All returns require a return 
authorization, which you can obtain by email. All returns are inspected 
for quality assurance and must be in original condition including all 
packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards, and 
accessories. A 15 % restocking fee will apply.The serial number of your 
return must match the serial number that was shipped to you. Serial 
numbers that do not match will not be allowed for return. Shipping and 
handling is non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any such
