If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days from the date of your purchase. All refunds will be credited back to you via the same payment method used for your original order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except in case of returns due to our error. All returns MUST be uninstalled, and still in the original unmarked manufacture's (ie no writing on box) packaging. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS on ELECTRICAL ITEMS. Returned items that had Free Shipping will have shipping deducted from the total amount refunded. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
