Returns for credit or exchange:
Costume(s) may only be returned, if they are unworn and in brand new condition with original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Once your package has been received and inspected, a credit will be issued to you for the price of the item(s) being returned. Only the original merchandise price is eligible for credit. Shipping charges are non refundable. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt for credit/exchange.
Returns for refund:
Any request to return an item for a refund will have an imposable minimum restocking fee of 20%. Returns must include all original items undamaged, brand new in the same condition it was received, and all original packaging. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns. You have 3 days to contact us and 14 days to return it from the date it was received. Refund given on merchandise only, shipping costs are non refundable. If your item was shipped free of charge, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted.
General return guidelines:
Due to health code regulations, we cannot accept returns for undergarments, petticoats, wigs, hats, swimwear and stockings. All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.
