Just as there are different kinds of wine or barbecue, there are different kinds of hot sauces.   Description: A very interesting sauce mixing the chillies flavour to a strong garlic taste. This sauce will be excellent as a cold sauce on top of tasty meals as beef, mutton, roasted sheep…

Ingredients: Garlic, fruit vinegar, hot chili peppers, bell peppers, salt, sugar, spices. We use a blend of different chillies coming from Portugal and Central America.
