The Mini Mart has become a common sight in most neighborhoods. It is a place to buy sodas, snacks, magazines, some overpriced canned and package goods without a long wait in line. Usually well lit at night, the Min Mart is a meeting place for local kids and a safe haven for the traveler. 

You are bidding on one Convenience Store kit in N Scale (1:160)

This is not a solid cast structure, but an undecorated resin kit with separate walls, roof and detail parts.

The kit is easy to build, but does require some flash removal, washing and painting before installing

This kit comes with:

Air conditioner, dumpster (with enclosure), commercial power meter, ice machine, picnic table, trash can, down spouts, wheel stops, cast base and signage.

Decals are included.

These kits are specially made for the N Scale market (1:160)
