All 6 panels and the visor are built
with 100% cotton ‘Super Twill’; tough as nails and engineered to withstand the rigors
of sea water. The crown (front two
panels) are buckram reinforced giving it a solid structured feel, the back 4
panels are left unstructured for optimal comfort.
Fits most heads by utilizing a Velcro
tab on the back. Sizing is from adult
small (6-3/4 inches or 54cm) to XL (7-3/4 inches or 62cm). Velcro zenith is at 7-1/4 inches.
Each of the 6 panels have a fully
embroidered eyelet allowing for maximum ventilation; ensuring your head stays

cap. This thing is built like a tank. The front two panels are made of 100% Cotton ‘Super
Twill’ and buckram reinforced giving it a solid structured fee. The back 4 panels are made of super tough polyester
‘Dura Mesh’ allowing for superior breathablility and ventilation.
