This is an antique Stanley Sweetheart No. 10 - 1/4 Tilt Handle Carriage Makers Rabbet Plane. Pat. 8-23-10. The left side wall has a small dent / bend in it (see pictures). This would have no effect on the use of this plane. I believe it is a manufacturing flaw. There are no cracks or breaks found.
