1. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you once the order has been shipped. If everything goes smoothly, packages will be delivered by the Estimated Delivery Time. Where do I return the product?

US customers can return their products to our US warehouse. Customers from European Union countries can return to our European warehouse. Customers from other countries will need to send their products to our warehouse in China.
