*The RSC classifications remain uncatalogued and their estimated value is based on a number of factors including known realizations at various online and public auctions. Consequently, the estimates are considered to be closer to their real value rather than trying to compare them to the SG classifications which are invariably inflated, nor do the estimates reflect their scarcity in relation to the Gibbons catalogue, which is perhaps more of an attempt to average out the full range of printings. Condition of stamp will affect the price either upwards or down. Plated material, especially the more sought-after positions could attract up to twice the estimate. Market influences will affect the estimates. Expect updates. Estimates offered are one man’s general guideline rather than a definitive and undisputed real value. Input always appreciated and desired.
