Standard shipping from Thailand to overseas typically takes 15-25 business days. At extremely busy periods such as Christmas, New Year or long public holidays, some parcels may be subject to delays. We kindly ask our customers to be patient.

We also provide Express Mail Service (EMS), DHL or FedEx, the cost will be calculated by the couriers starting from $30. The order estimates to arrive within 5-10 business days. The order over $500 will receive free FedEx delivery!

Term of Sales/Exchange

We accept the return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please return the item(s) to us in the original condition within 14 days of receipt. However, this does not apply to any piercing jewelry such as earrings due to hygienic reasons unless faulty.
