HOW TO PERSONALISE YOUR PLACEMATS
After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation message from eBay that will contain an email address where
you can send your photo(s). Please also include any text that you may wish to be included in your design.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND IMAGE VIA THE EBAY MESSAGING.
IMAGE QUALITY AND COLOUR (PLEASE READ)
The quality of any prints we produce is completely dependent upon the quality of the original document. We will do our best to produce the best quality print from the documents supplied, but cannot be held responsible if the quality is found to be unacceptable due to a poor original source.
Please note that the colours you see on the printed documents may vary considerably from those seen using a digital camera, computer or another imaging. We cannot guarantee an exact match in colours.
Low-quality pictures may become pixelated on enlargement.
Generally speaking the better the image the better the print. We would expect a quality photo to be at least 300dpi
and over 2mb in size.
The cost of all printing will be borne by the customer.
If you would like us to check over the image before your coaster is printed please request this when sending your image.
However, if not your artwork will be printed as received.

Q. How Many Placemats will I receive?
The amount required is selected above using the drop-down menu. You are able to order 1, 2, 4 or 6 using this listing,
if you require more please message us through the eBay messaging service and we will be more then happy to help.
Q. How long will it take to print and deliver my order?
A. Providing your order is placed and suitable artwork has been received we aim to have your order dispatched within 24 hours.
All orders qualify for FREE delivery via 2nd class Royal Mail which takes between 2 - 3 days.
If you require your order sooner we also offer 1st class delivery which is usually the next working day which is normally 24 hours from the time of dispatch.
Q. Can I use different images?
A. Yes, that is not a problem. Just send us the images you would like.
Q. Can I return my order?
A. As your order will be custom made we would not be able to accept a return unless the placemat is faulty. Any issue please contact us via the eBay messaging service
