You are looking at W220 OEM Hella S-Class driver left side xenon headlight, item came out from 2001 Mercedes S55 AMG, it will fit all W220 body from 2000 to 2000, S430 S55. Headlight was tested on the car before removed. It's used but in good working condition. There are  no cracks and no broken pieces on the assembly, all mounting tabs are intact. Lens has micro scratches. 3 light bulbs and computer are included (see pics.).
