• Your items are sent to you quickly, all orders dispatched next working day at the latest.
• We always ship using quality packaging so your item will arrive in great condition.
• All postage is charged at cost price (or less!).
• In order to provide you the best possible service, we may at our discretion use an alternative equivalent or upgraded postal service to that stated on listing.

Returns

If you wish to return an item please advise us by email within 14 days of receipt.

• Once your email is received we will respond asap (within 24 hours) giving you details on how to return the item.
• In the case of damaged/faulty goods we will also refund return postage costs providing that the return has been authorised by us and item is returned by the method we advise.
• Other returns will be refunded less postage costs provided they are returned in ORIGINAL, UNOPENED PACKAGING WITH ALL TAGS/LABELS STILL ATTACHED AND IN A SALEABLE CONDITION.
