Shipping
All items are shipped for free by Australia Post
Items are shipped within 24 hours of payment being received (from Monday to Friday), but usually sooner
Once items have been logged with Australia Post we cannot be responsible for their losses or delays
FREE EXPRESS POST UPGRADE - Some Items/Multiple Items
1. Free Express Post is standard on many single items, as shown. On all other items, it is offered at a heavily discounted price (below our cost)
2. Free Express Post is offered on all orders from our store of $50 or over, as long as all items in the order fit within the limits of the satchel offered at each order value, as follows:
- Buy $50 - 99.99 of products from our store and get FREE EXPRESS POST (up to 500g satchel)
- Buy $100 - 149.99 of products from our store and get FREE EXPRESS POST (up to 1KG satchel)
- Buy $150+ of products from our store and get FREE EXPRESS POST (up to 3KG satchel)
Qualifying orders will be automatically upgraded to Express Post when we process them
Shipping Address
Unfortunately, we can only send items to your registered eBay or PayPal address, in compliance with eBay policy. If you need your item sent to a different address then please change your delivery address before making your purchase
Returns
Returns for a change of mind can be made in accordance with the following:
- We must receive a request to return an item. It should be made within 30 days of receiving the item
- An item can then be returned with our approval as long as it is received by us in a new, resaleable, undamaged and unopened condition within 10 days of approval. Unfortunately, if an item is damaged in transit then we cannot accept it
- As we pay for the initial cost of freight for all items sold, then the buyer must reimburse us for this cost if an item is to be returned. We will advise the amount of this cost upon approval of the return
- The buyer will also need to pay for and arrange return shipping

We endeavour to provide quality products, as quickly as possible, with the highest level of service. But sometimes - rarely - things go wrong. This can be due to unforeseen circumstances, or the necessary involvement of third-parties such as shipping companies, or just through our own human error. Warranty
All items are covered against manufacturing defects in accordance with Australian consumer laws.
Things that aren't covered:
- Damage due to accident or misuse
- Reasonable wear and tear
We ship (at our expense) all warranty claims back to the respective manufacturers/importers to assess warranty claims. Buyers making a warranty claim must, however, pay for freight back to us, as all warranties are back-to-base. In some cases manufacturers/importers may choose to repair items in accordance with Australian consumer laws
We record serial numbers for all electrical items sold to comply with their requirements to verify the legitimacy of claims
