Plantronics CS540/A (C054/A) Replacement / Extra Spare Wireless Headset Top P/N 86179-02
Plantronics CS540/A placement (or Extra) headset for the Plantronics CS540/A (C054/A) wireless headset system. This is the replacement headset If you lost or broken your Plantronics CS540/A headset or use it as an extra headset in a conference call using the same base (up to 3 can be used).
Important note: This spare headset does NOT include the Plantronics CS540/A, Earloop / Earbuds kit.
How to pair / subscribe the new CS540/A spare headset to the base:
Simply put your headset back in the CS540/A (C054/A) base. The power/subscription light (white light on the base) flashes during the subscription/pairing process and turns solid when the headset pairs successfully.
important: Only the last paired headset will work, so you will have to repeat this process whenever you need to use a new CS540/A (C054/A) headset with the same system.
