This is in excellent condition, not marked so I am not certain of the maker, and measures 13" across, and from handle to handle 16" wide X 6 1/4" high.  When I took a picture of the underside, there is a reflection on the edge, which is not a flaw, just the lighting in the photograph.  Please look closely at my photos for details.   Item 1751
