This book is shaped like a hamburger, with a padded cover, and would make a wonderful gift for any burger loving cook anywhere. The recipes tend to focus toward a British audience, simultaneously showing how a proper hamburger is made, while showing off the wide variety of gourmet burgers possible. For example, the Poughman’s Burger features two cheeses, onion pickled in balsamic vinegar, and topped with a classic coleslaw. Every recipe is beautifully photographed, with a slider-sized version of each burger on beautiful display. The book includes numerous lighter versions of burgers, using vegetarian and poultry patties — even a fish burger is included.   I love the more indulgent beef recipes including the Bymark and the Cordon Bleu, both of which are topped with melted brie cheese. So good! The Lebanese and Tandoori burgers are both well worth a try, yet the open-faced Roquefort Burger is perhaps a favorite overall, taking the classic blue cheese burger to a whole new level. Wonderful recipes!

FOR U.S. BUYERS, I AM HAPPY TO COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE AUCTION WINS AT THE COST OF POSTAGE PLUS 25 CENTS TO COVER HANDLING AND MAILING SUPPLIES.

FYI:

I take a great deal of pride in offering good products....products that I would want to buy myself, at reasonable prices with excellent, careful packaging and some of the most cost effective shipping on Ebay.

I send your packages to you based on a simple formula -- one of the best on EBAY.....the actual cost of the shipping plus 24 cents for delivery confirmation.  This is for single items or multiple item packages.  Delivery confirmation lets you KNOW that I have shipped your purchase and we both know if and when it has been delivered.  I charge nothing extra for my time or for my packaging materials.  I buy bubble mailers....not the cheap ones, but quality envelopes that protect against rough handling by the USPS and most often gets your book to you in the same condition as it was when I shipped it out.

I most often offer at least two shipping options....one that is fast and a bit more expensive and one that is slower and "cheap."  Since I primarily sell books this is usually media mail.  Media mail by USPS definition, on average takes 3 - 9 business days.  If it is a busy time of year, a big box or a destination that is further than most, it can often take longer than that.  I ship out within 24 hours of payment (or the next business day if it is a holiday or weekend).  I often go to the PO twice a day.  That is all that I can do to help insure timely delivery for you.  PLEASE KNOW -- I have no control over the time it takes the USPS once the package leaves my hands.

If you win this auction, please consider the above and judge my performance as a seller accordingly when you leave feedback.  THANKS!!!
